CUGC collects email and other personal information that you voluntarily provide to CUGC so that we can send you communications about CUGC, including event announcements and community updates, Citrix, and related topics, and to enhance member services. We share community newsletters, invitations to CUGC XL meetings, and other community relevant information.
CUGC gets your consent to collect and use your personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us either by creating an account at myCUGC.org or by registering for a CUGC event or other activity. In each case, you are consenting to share your personal information with CUGC and consenting to receive CUGC communications.
You may customize your communications by logging into your CUGC account at myCUGC.org. Select “Profile,” select “Updates,” and then select only the communications you want to receive in addition to system notifications. You may also delete your account and eliminate all CUGC communications, including system notifications, by selecting “Settings & Privacy” and “Delete.”
CUGC will not share your personal information with our sponsors without your consent. From time to time, CUGC will ask if you consent to providing personal information to sponsors participating in CUGC events and other activities. It is your decision to consent or not to consent. After you consent to provide personal information to a sponsor, CUGC is not responsible for how a sponsor uses it.

CUGC does not charge members a fee for use of myCUGC.org, to attend events, or participate in other activities.
